Deposits
If we have not started building your website yet, your deposit is fully refundable on request. Once the first preview has been delivered, the deposit is considered earned because it covers the discovery, design, and build work already completed.
Final balances
Final balances are due upon launch or approval of the final preview. Final balances are non-refundable once the website has been deployed to your domain or delivered as a handoff package, because the work has been completed and ownership has transferred to you.
Revisions before refund requests
Every package includes two full rounds of revisions. Before requesting a refund, please tell us what is off — most issues are fixed in a single revision pass at no additional cost.
Cancellations
You may cancel an active project at any time by contacting support. Refundable amounts are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Earned amounts (work completed at the time of cancellation) are not refunded.
Custom project work
Custom scope, branding shoots, photography sessions, and third-party integrations are billed separately and follow the same earned-vs-unearned rule. Refundable until work begins; non-refundable once the relevant service has been performed.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at hello@weserv.ai before opening a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
