Agreement
By purchasing a package or engaging weserv.ai for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
Services
weserv.ai provides website rebuild, landing page, branding, local SEO setup, and conversion-optimization services for small and local businesses. Specific deliverables for each package are described on the pricing page.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. A 50% deposit is required to start work; the balance is due on launch unless otherwise agreed in writing. All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless stated.
Project scope
Each engagement covers the deliverables in your selected package. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately and requires written approval before it begins.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, content, photography, brand materials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing requested materials may extend the project timeline proportionally.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included in every package. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate or covered by an active care plan.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the final deliverables for your website. weserv.ai retains the right to use anonymized project metrics and non-confidential preview imagery for portfolio purposes unless you opt out in writing.
Third-party services
Your website may integrate with third-party services (hosting, payments, booking, analytics, email). Those services are governed by their own terms, and weserv.ai is not liable for their availability, pricing changes, or data handling.
No guarantees
weserv.ai does not guarantee specific Google rankings, call volume, or revenue results. We build the technical foundation; outcomes depend on reviews, competition, and ongoing signals outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, weserv.ai's total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
